CRM Software Price in India: 5, 10 and 20 Users

LiftUp cover image with the headline "CRM software price in India: 5, 10 and 20 users"

For a 10-person team, the cheapest paid CRM plan I found in India costs ₹4,000 a month before GST. The cheapest HubSpot plan with lead scoring costs the same team ₹74,970 a month, plus a one-time ₹1,25,000 onboarding fee. Both figures come from the vendors’ own pricing pages, and that gap is why a single CRM software price in India tells you very little until you multiply it by your headcount.

So that’s what this post does. On 1 October 2026, the first day of Q3 in India’s financial year, I read the pricing pages of eleven CRM vendors from an Indian connection and costed the main ones at 5, 10 and 20 users. Every figure is before GST unless I say otherwise, and each section after the main table covers one thing the plan card leaves out.

We build LiftUp, a CRM with flat rupee pricing, so it appears in the tables too. I’ve priced it the same way as everyone else, and I’ll say where it loses.

CRM software price in India at 5, 10 and 20 users

The table below takes each vendor’s cheapest paid plan on annual billing, shown per month. For per-user plans, the cost is the seat price times the team size. Kylas Elevate is one flat fee, and LiftUp charges a flat price per plan: Starter covers up to 5 users, so the 10- and 20-user columns use Growth.

PlanListed price5 users10 users20 users
Bigin by Zoho Express₹400 a user₹2,000₹4,000₹8,000
Odoo Standard, first 12 months₹580 a user₹2,900₹5,800₹11,600
HubSpot Starter, new customers₹585 a seat₹2,925₹5,850₹11,700
Freshsales Growth₹749 a user₹3,745₹7,490₹14,980
TeleCRM₹799 a user₹3,995₹7,990₹15,980
Zoho CRM Standard₹800 a user₹4,000₹8,000₹16,000
LeadSquared Sales Pro₹2,500 a user₹12,500₹25,000₹50,000
Kylas Elevate₹12,999 flat₹12,999₹12,999₹12,999
LiftUp Starter, then Growth₹24,990 or ₹79,990 a year₹2,083₹6,666₹6,666

Bigin is the cheapest paid plan at every size, and it’s a fair pick if all you need is a tidy pipeline. Below it, three details change the order. HubSpot’s ₹585 is a new-customer offer shown against a struck-through ₹1,670. Odoo’s ₹580 is a discount that lasts 12 months, and its Standard plan covers all Odoo apps, not only CRM. LeadSquared, meanwhile, shows annual prices behind a “Let’s Talk” button, so you’ll get a quote rather than a checkout.

Salesforce and Pipedrive showed only US dollar prices to an Indian connection: Salesforce Starter Suite at $25 per user a month, and Pipedrive Lite at $14 on annual billing. I’ve left them out of the rupee tables rather than pick an exchange rate for you.

CRM software price in India for 10 users per month on annual billing, before GST: Bigin Express ₹4,000, Odoo Standard ₹5,800, HubSpot Starter ₹5,850, LiftUp Growth ₹6,666, Freshsales Growth ₹7,490, TeleCRM ₹7,990, Zoho CRM Standard ₹8,000, Kylas Elevate ₹12,999, LeadSquared Sales Pro ₹25,000.

What paying monthly adds

Annual billing is where the headline prices come from. If you’d rather not pay a year up front for a tool your team has used for two weeks, here are the same plans on monthly billing:

PlanMonthly price5 users10 users20 users
Bigin by Zoho Express₹550 a user₹2,750₹5,500₹11,000
Odoo Standard, first 12 months₹760 a user₹3,800₹7,600₹15,200
HubSpot Starter, new customers₹835 a seat₹4,175₹8,350₹16,700
Freshsales Growth₹899 a user₹4,495₹8,990₹17,980
Zoho CRM Standard₹1,300 a user₹6,500₹13,000₹26,000
LiftUp Starter, then Growth₹2,499 or ₹7,999 flat₹2,499₹7,999₹7,999

Zoho CRM charges the steepest premium: ₹1,300 a month against ₹800, which adds ₹60,000 a year for ten users. TeleCRM and Kylas have no monthly plan at all. TeleCRM’s shortest term is quarterly at ₹1,099 per user, and Kylas bills its ₹12,999 a month quarterly, half-yearly or annually. HubSpot’s monthly option on Professional still commits you for a year. LiftUp’s annual price equals ten months of the monthly one, so paying monthly costs 20% more.

The CRM software price in India for the tier you’ll use

Entry plans win comparisons, but they often leave out the feature you came for. To compare like with like, I picked one feature, lead scoring, and found the cheapest plan on each pricing page that lists it. If your leads come from forms and ads, a score tells your team which ones to answer first. Our guide to setting a lead response SLA shows how to turn scores into reply deadlines.

Cheapest plan with lead scoringListed price5 users10 users20 users
Zoho CRM Standard₹800 a user₹4,000₹8,000₹16,000
LeadSquared Sales Pro₹2,500 a user₹12,500₹25,000₹50,000
Freshsales Pro₹3,239 a user₹16,195₹32,390₹64,780
HubSpot Sales Hub Professional₹7,497 a seat, plus ₹1,25,000 once₹37,485₹74,970₹1,49,940
LiftUp Starter, then Growth₹24,990 or ₹79,990 a year₹2,083₹6,666₹6,666

This jump is where budgets break. Freshsales goes from ₹749 to ₹3,239 per user to add contact scoring. HubSpot’s comparison table leaves the lead scoring cell blank for Starter, so scoring starts at Professional, along with a required onboarding fee. Its AI agents also run on a monthly credit allowance, which our HubSpot credits guide explains. Zoho is the exception, because its Standard edition already includes scoring rules.

Bigin, Kylas, TeleCRM and Odoo don’t list scoring on their pricing pages, so ask them directly if you need it. In dollars, Salesforce Starter Suite includes lead scoring at $25 per user, and Pipedrive adds custom scoring on Premium at $49.

GST on top of every CRM software price in India

None of the prices above includes GST. Zoho CRM and Bigin both state on their pricing pages that local taxes such as GST are charged on top. Freshsales, LeadSquared, Kylas, TeleCRM, HubSpot and Odoo don’t mention tax on theirs, so budget for 18% extra until a written quote says otherwise.

For a 10-person team on annual billing, 18% turns Bigin’s ₹4,000 a month into ₹4,720, Zoho CRM Standard’s ₹8,000 into ₹9,440 and Kylas’s ₹12,999 into ₹15,338.82. If your company is registered for GST, you may be able to claim that tax back as input tax credit. That needs a proper tax invoice with your GSTIN on it, so ask each vendor for a sample invoice before you sign, and confirm the treatment with your accountant.

LiftUp follows the same pattern. Its list prices are before tax, and checkout adds 18%. As a result, Starter is charged at ₹2,948.82 a month and Growth at ₹9,438.82, while the annual plans come to ₹29,488.20 and ₹94,388.20.

Dollar-billed tools add a different cost. Because Salesforce and Pipedrive quote in US dollars, your rupee bill moves with the exchange rate and with whatever your card charges for foreign currency payments. And when a vendor bills you from outside India, a GST-registered business pays the 18% itself under reverse charge, so ask which company will send the invoice. Our GoHighLevel India pricing breakdown works through that whole bill for one dollar-priced tool, card fees included. If you sell in Oman as well, our Oman CRM checklist covers dollar billing and VAT there.

How each CRM bills and renews

Here’s what each pricing page says about how you’ll pay:

VendorCurrency shown in IndiaShortest termPayment methods on the page
Zoho CRM and BiginRupeesMonthlyVisa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal; bank transfer or cheque on annual plans
FreshsalesRupeesMonthlyVisa and Mastercard; American Express and Discover aren’t accepted in rupees
HubSpotRupeesMonthly, but Professional commits for a yearNot stated
LeadSquaredRupeesAnnualMajor credit cards, or offline payment on request
KylasRupeesQuarterlyNot stated
TeleCRMRupeesQuarterlyNot stated
OdooRupeesMonthlyNot stated
SalesforceUS dollarsMonthly on Starter SuiteNot stated
PipedriveUS dollarsMonthlyCredit cards, debit cards and PayPal, depending on your country
LiftUpRupeesMonthlyThrough Razorpay; renews automatically until you cancel

One gap stood out. None of the eleven vendor pages mentions UPI, e-NACH or net banking. If you want renewals on a bank mandate rather than a card, ask the vendor before you sign, not after the first renewal fails.

Prices that change after the first year

Two of the cheapest rows in the first table are offers. HubSpot shows Starter at ₹585 per seat with ₹1,670 struck through, for new customers and for a limited time, and the page doesn’t say what renewals cost. At the struck-through price, ten seats would cost ₹16,700 a month instead of ₹5,850.

Odoo is clearer. Its discount lasts 12 months and applies to the users in your first order, after which Standard costs ₹725 per user. A 10-person team on annual billing therefore pays ₹69,600 in the first year and ₹87,000 in the second. In short, ask every vendor for the renewal price in writing, and compare year two as well as year one.

Flat or per-user: where each CRM software price in India wins

Per-user pricing grows with every hire. Flat pricing costs the same whether you fill the seats or not, so it only wins once enough people use it. Dividing the flat price by a per-user price gives the crossover point:

  • Kylas Elevate at ₹12,999 flat costs less than Zoho CRM Standard from 17 users, HubSpot Starter at its offer price from 23, and Bigin Express from 33. At five users, it works out to about ₹2,600 per person.
  • LiftUp Growth at ₹6,666 a month, billed yearly, costs less than Zoho CRM Standard and Freshsales Growth from 9 users, HubSpot Starter at its offer price from 12, and Bigin Express from 17. Growth stops at 20 users.

Below five users, per-seat tools usually win, and I’d rather say that than bury it. Three or four people pay ₹1,200 to ₹1,600 a month on Bigin Express, or nothing on Zoho CRM’s free edition for up to three. LiftUp Starter costs ₹2,083 a month billed yearly whether you’re three people or five. At exactly five, Bigin on annual billing still beats it by ₹83 a month, although on monthly billing Starter’s ₹2,499 comes in under Bigin’s ₹2,750. A team of six to eight has to move to Growth, where per-seat plans stay cheaper until about nine users.

Where LiftUp fits, and who it isn’t for

LiftUp is our product, so weigh this section with that in mind. It’s a CRM for inbound leads: website forms and the lead API feed a lead inbox with a 0 to 100 score and reply deadlines, next to a blog CMS, AI writing, and Google Analytics and Search Console reports. Starter covers 5 users and 3 products, and Growth covers 20 users and 10 products. A product is one brand or site with its own leads and forms, and our guide to running multiple brands compares that with HubSpot’s approach. Every new workspace gets a 14-day Growth trial without a card, and when it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan instead of a charge. The LiftUp for India page covers rupee billing in more detail.

Who LiftUp isn’t for: teams that sell by phone or WhatsApp. LiftUp has no dialer, call recording, SMS or WhatsApp inbox. TeleCRM’s pricing page, by contrast, lists a one-click dialer and call recording, and a calling-first tool like that will serve a telesales team better. If you’re also weighing Zoho, our LiftUp vs Zoho CRM comparison covers the gaps on both sides.

How these prices were checked

Every CRM software price in India on this page comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, read from an Indian connection on 1 October 2026: Zoho CRM, Bigin, Freshsales, LeadSquared, Kylas, TeleCRM, HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Agile CRM. Several of these pages change their prices by country, and HubSpot’s offer has no published end date, so open each page yourself before you sign.

Next step

Before you open another pricing page, write down three things: how many people will log in this year, the one feature you can’t work without, and whether you’ll pay monthly or yearly. Then price the plan that has that feature, multiply by your headcount, add 18% and check the year-two price. If your team has 9 to 20 people and your leads come from website forms, compare that number with LiftUp’s plans on our pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

What does a CRM cost in India for a small team?

Paid plans start at ₹400 a user a month on Bigin by Zoho with annual billing, and most entry plans we checked sit between ₹400 and ₹800 a user. For a 10-person team, that's ₹4,000 to ₹8,000 a month before 18% GST. Plans with lead scoring cost more on most tools: ₹3,239 a user on Freshsales Pro and ₹7,497 a seat on HubSpot Sales Hub Professional.

Which is the cheapest CRM in India?

Of the paid plans we checked on 1 October 2026, Bigin by Zoho Express was the cheapest at ₹400 a user a month billed yearly, or ₹550 billed monthly. If you need no paid plan at all, Odoo's One App Free plan covers one app such as CRM for unlimited users, and Kylas Embark is free for unlimited users up to 10,000 records.

Is GST charged on CRM software in India?

Yes, budget for 18% on top of the listed price. Zoho CRM and Bigin say on their pricing pages that taxes are added, and most other vendors don't mention tax at all. A GST-registered business may be able to claim the tax back as input tax credit, which needs a tax invoice with its GSTIN, so check the vendor's invoice and confirm with your accountant.

Is annual CRM billing cheaper than monthly?

Yes, on every plan we costed that offers both. Against paying monthly, annual billing saved about 17% on Freshsales Growth and LiftUp, 24% on Odoo Standard, 27% on Bigin Express, 30% on HubSpot Starter and 38% on Zoho CRM Standard. The trade-off is paying a year up front, and offer prices may not hold: HubSpot's page doesn't say what its ₹585 Starter seat costs at renewal.

Is per-user or flat CRM pricing cheaper?

It depends on headcount. Divide the flat price by the per-user price to find the crossover. Kylas Elevate at ₹12,999 a month costs less than Zoho CRM Standard from 17 users, and LiftUp Growth at ₹6,666 a month billed yearly costs less from 9 users. Below five users, per-user plans are usually cheaper.

Is there a free CRM for small teams in India?

Yes, but most free plans stop at one to three users: Bigin covers 1, HubSpot and LiftUp cover 2, and Zoho CRM and Freshsales cover 3. Agile CRM's free plan covers 10 users. Kylas Embark and Odoo's One App Free plan have no user limit, with a 10,000-record cap on Kylas and one app only on Odoo.

Can I pay for a CRM subscription in India with UPI?

Ask before you sign. None of the eleven vendor pricing pages we read on 1 October 2026 mentions UPI, e-NACH or net banking. Zoho, Freshsales and LeadSquared list card payments, and Zoho also takes bank transfers or cheques for annual plans.

How much does LiftUp cost in India?

Starter is ₹2,499 a month for 5 users and 3 products, and Growth is ₹7,999 a month for 20 users and 10 products. Both prices are before GST, and checkout adds 18%. Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price, the Free plan covers 2 users, and new workspaces get a 14-day Growth trial without a card. LiftUp has no calling, SMS or WhatsApp.
