Zoho CRM Price in India: 5, 10 and 20 Users
Abidhusain Chidi10 min read

A 10-person sales team on Zoho CRM Standard pays ₹9,440 a month once GST is added, if it commits for a year. If it pays month to month instead, the same team pays ₹15,340. That ₹5,900 gap is the part of the Zoho CRM price in India that most rate cards skip, because they list one per-user number and stop.
This guide works out the real bill for 5, 10 and 20 users on every paid edition, on both billing cycles, with 18% GST. It also prices Bigin, Zoho’s lighter CRM, and the costs that sit outside the per-user line. Every Zoho figure comes from Zoho’s own pricing pages, checked 11 October 2026.
We build LiftUp, a CRM with one flat price per organisation, so we have a stake in this comparison. That’s also why the breakeven section says plainly where Zoho is the cheaper choice.
Zoho CRM price in India: the per-user list price
Zoho’s pricing page shows rupee prices when you visit from India. Each one is per user, per month, so multiply before you compare. The annual figure applies when you buy a full year at once, while the monthly figure applies when you renew every month.
| Edition | Annual billing (per user a month) | Monthly billing (per user a month) | Annual saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 (3 users max) | ₹0 | n/a |
| Standard | ₹800 | ₹1,300 | 38% |
| Professional | ₹1,400 | ₹2,100 | 33% |
| Enterprise | ₹2,400 | ₹3,000 | 20% |
| Ultimate | ₹2,600 | ₹3,200 | 19% |
Zoho states that local taxes, GST included, come in addition to these prices. It doesn’t print the rate, though, so the bills below assume the standard 18% that applies to software subscriptions. The annual prices appear on the page itself, while the monthly ones come from the price file the page loads when you flip the toggle.
What 5, 10 and 20 users pay for Zoho CRM in India
A per-user rate only becomes useful when you multiply it by your headcount. So here is the Zoho CRM price in India for whole teams, with 18% GST added and rounded to the rupee. For annual billing, the figure is the yearly charge divided by 12, so you can compare like with like. LiftUp’s rows use Starter for 5 users and Growth for 10 or 20, since Growth covers up to 20 people at one price.
| Plan and billing cycle | 5 users | 10 users | 20 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho Standard, annual | ₹4,720 | ₹9,440 | ₹18,880 |
| Zoho Standard, monthly | ₹7,670 | ₹15,340 | ₹30,680 |
| Zoho Professional, annual | ₹8,260 | ₹16,520 | ₹33,040 |
| Zoho Professional, monthly | ₹12,390 | ₹24,780 | ₹49,560 |
| Zoho Enterprise, annual | ₹14,160 | ₹28,320 | ₹56,640 |
| Zoho Enterprise, monthly | ₹17,700 | ₹35,400 | ₹70,800 |
| Bigin Express, annual | ₹2,360 | ₹4,720 | ₹9,440 |
| Bigin Express, monthly | ₹3,245 | ₹6,490 | ₹12,980 |
| LiftUp, annual | ₹2,457 | ₹7,866 | ₹7,866 |
| LiftUp, monthly | ₹2,949 | ₹9,439 | ₹9,439 |
Ultimate runs ₹200 a user above Enterprise on both cycles, so 20 users on annual billing pay ₹61,360 a month with tax. If Zoho isn’t the only quote on your desk, our CRM software price guide for India sets these numbers against ten other vendors.

Annual or monthly: what the cycle does to the bill
The cycle matters more on the cheaper editions than on the top ones. For example, Standard drops by ₹500 a user when you pay yearly, which is 38% off. Enterprise drops by ₹600, but on a much higher base, so the saving is only about 20%.
The catch is cash flow, because annual billing means one payment up front. Ten users on Standard come to ₹96,000 for the year, or ₹1,13,280 with GST. Zoho’s FAQ says there’s no contract on either cycle, so a team that is still hiring can start monthly and switch once its headcount settles. Zoho takes cards and PayPal, plus bank transfer or cheque on yearly plans. However, we couldn’t find UPI on its pricing page.
Bigin: the cheaper Zoho for teams of 5 or fewer
Bigin is Zoho’s pipeline-first CRM for small businesses, and it’s the cheapest paid option in this guide. Express costs ₹400 a user on annual billing or ₹550 monthly. Premier is ₹720 or ₹900, while Bigin 360 is ₹1,080 or ₹1,260. Its free plan covers just one user.
So if you have five or fewer people and want a sales pipeline, Bigin Express on annual billing costs less than LiftUp Starter: ₹2,000 a month for five seats before tax, against ₹2,082.50. Zoho CRM’s free edition beats both, for up to three users. Express does carry limits, though: three team pipelines, 50,000 records and 10 custom fields per module. We also couldn’t find lead scoring listed on any Bigin plan.
Which Zoho CRM edition does a team in India need?
Standard is the cheapest paid edition on Zoho’s main pricing page, and it offers more than a basic contact book: multiple pipelines, web forms, built-in calling and scoring rules. Zoho’s edition comparison also lists a Starter edition at ₹500 a user on annual billing, with no scoring and a single pipeline, but the pricing page doesn’t sell it, so ask Zoho sales before you plan around it. The same comparison shows three limits that push growing teams past Standard.
- Custom fields: Standard allows 10 per module, whereas Professional allows 155, Enterprise 300 and Ultimate 500. If you track a GSTIN, an industry, a deal source and a few qualification answers, 10 fields go fast.
- Lead routing: assignment rules start on Professional. Until you upgrade, someone hands out new leads by hand.
- Scoring depth: Standard scores on 10 fields per module with one rule. Running several scoring rules side by side, for example one per product line, needs Enterprise, at 25 rules per module.
So when a team wants routing and more fields, the honest comparison is Professional, not Standard, and a 10-user annual bill moves from ₹9,440 to ₹16,520 a month. If you’re still deciding what to score at all, our 0 to 100 lead scoring template shows the kind of model that fits inside one rule.
Costs outside the Zoho CRM price in India
The per-user rate is the largest line, but the Zoho CRM price in India you budget for should also cover four other costs that the rate card leaves out.
Premium Support at 20% of your fee
Classic support comes with every paid edition. Zoho’s support plans page prices Premium Support at 20% of your subscription fee, which cuts the first response time from 8 hours to 3 and adds one-to-one onboarding sessions. On 10 Professional users billed yearly, that adds ₹2,800 a month before GST. Enterprise Support costs 25% of the annual fee, although it only starts at 50 licences.
Team users for non-sales staff
Marketing, support and finance staff who only need to view records and add notes can take a cheaper team user licence instead. These cost ₹400 a month on annual billing or ₹500 monthly, but team users can’t own org records or open reports and dashboards. For example, five of them on annual billing add ₹2,000 a month before tax.
Storage
Standard gives each org 1 GB of file storage plus 512 MB per user licence, and it caps data at 100,000 records. When you need more, extra file storage costs ₹240 a month for each 5 GB. Many small teams never reach that cap, but a team that attaches quotes and contracts to every deal can.
Implementation
Zoho’s Jumpstart packages are paid setups delivered by certified partners. The CRM package was ₹40,000 for 20 hours of work over 10 business days, and the page doesn’t say whether GST is on top. On 10 Standard users billed yearly, that’s five months of licence fees before tax.
The package covers user, role and profile setup for up to 5, two new modules, up to 10 workflows, one assignment rule and a sample data import. Integrations with other apps, SMS and WhatsApp channels, and anything past the 20 hours are billed separately as change requests. For that reason, get the scope in writing before work starts. If you’re GST-registered, ask your CA whether you can claim input tax credit on the subscription and the setup. This is general information, not tax advice.
Where a flat price beats Zoho CRM per seat
A per-seat bill grows with every hire, whereas a flat plan stays the same until you reach its user cap. The table shows where the two cross, using annual billing on both sides. GST is left out, since it adds 18% to every column equally.
| Users | Bigin Express | Zoho Standard | Zoho Professional | LiftUp |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | ₹1,200 | ₹2,400 | ₹4,200 | ₹2,082.50 (Starter) |
| 5 | ₹2,000 | ₹4,000 | ₹7,000 | ₹2,082.50 (Starter) |
| 6 | ₹2,400 | ₹4,800 | ₹8,400 | ₹6,665.83 (Growth) |
| 8 | ₹3,200 | ₹6,400 | ₹11,200 | ₹6,665.83 (Growth) |
| 9 | ₹3,600 | ₹7,200 | ₹12,600 | ₹6,665.83 (Growth) |
| 15 | ₹6,000 | ₹12,000 | ₹21,000 | ₹6,665.83 (Growth) |
| 20 | ₹8,000 | ₹16,000 | ₹28,000 | ₹6,665.83 (Growth) |
Read it by headcount. LiftUp Starter costs less than Zoho Standard from 3 users, but Bigin Express stays cheaper for any team of five or fewer. Six to eight users is our weak band, because Growth’s price is set for 20 people, so a team that size pays less on Zoho Standard. From 9 users Growth costs less than Standard, and it undercuts Professional on every row. Bigin Express doesn’t pass Growth’s price until 17 seats, which keeps it the budget pick if a pipeline is all you need.

On monthly billing the crossovers come sooner, since Zoho’s monthly rates rise more than ours. Starter at ₹2,499 beats Standard from 2 users, and Growth at ₹7,999 beats it from 7. Our post on per-seat versus flat-rate CRM pricing walks through the same arithmetic for any price pair.
What LiftUp includes at those prices
LiftUp Starter is ₹2,499 a month for up to 5 users and 3 products, and Growth is ₹7,999 for up to 20 users and 10 products. Annual billing costs ten months’ price, and 18% GST is added at checkout, where Razorpay takes payment by card. Both plans score every lead from 0 to 100 using rules, then set a reply deadline of 4, 12 or 24 hours by score band. Leads that miss their deadline, or sit unassigned for a day, land in a needs-attention queue. Our lead response SLA guide shows how to pick those deadlines, and for a feature-by-feature view, see our LiftUp vs Zoho CRM comparison.
Who LiftUp isn’t for
LiftUp has no calling, no SMS and no WhatsApp. If your team sells over the phone, Zoho CRM has built-in calling, and Bigin Express connects to WhatsApp Business. It also isn’t a fit if you run Zoho Books or Desk and want one login across them, or if you need hundreds of custom fields and Blueprint processes. Also, past 20 users LiftUp moves to a custom Enterprise quote. And for a team of six to eight on annual billing, Zoho Standard is simply the cheaper bill.
How to check your Zoho CRM price quote
Before you sign, ask for a written quote that shows four things:
- The edition each must-have feature sits in, checked against the comparison page, not the sales deck.
- The billing cycle, the GST line and the total payable, not only the per-user rate.
- Any support plan, team user licences or storage add-ons included in the figure.
- The partner’s implementation hours and what happens to work outside them.
Finally, cost your headcount a year from now, since a per-seat quote for 8 people becomes a different decision at 14.
Next step
The Zoho CRM price in India moves with your headcount, so take the user count you expect in twelve months and find it in the breakeven table. If you land at five or fewer, try Bigin or Zoho’s free edition first. But if you land at 9 or more and mostly need lead capture, scoring and fast replies, bring your Zoho quote and book a 30-minute LiftUp demo, and we’ll compare the two bills line by line.

What is the Zoho CRM price in India per user?
On 11 October 2026, Zoho's India pricing page listed Standard at ₹800 a user each month on annual billing. Professional was ₹1,400 and Enterprise ₹2,400, with Ultimate at ₹2,600. Monthly billing costs ₹1,300, ₹2,100, ₹3,000 and ₹3,200. Every figure is before GST.
What does Zoho CRM cost for 10 users in India?
With 18% GST, 10 users pay ₹9,440 a month on Standard, ₹16,520 on Professional and ₹28,320 on Enterprise when billed yearly. On monthly billing the same teams pay ₹15,340, ₹24,780 and ₹35,400.
Is Zoho CRM free for small teams?
Yes, for up to 3 users. The free edition covers leads, deals, workflows, reports and the mobile app, but it has no scoring rules. Bigin, Zoho's lighter CRM, also has a free plan, limited to one user.
Is GST extra on Zoho CRM in India?
Yes. Zoho's pricing page says local taxes such as GST are charged in addition to the listed prices. Software subscriptions normally carry 18%, so ₹800 becomes ₹944. If you're GST-registered, ask your CA about input tax credit; this isn't tax advice.
Is Bigin cheaper than Zoho CRM?
Yes. Bigin Express costs ₹400 a user each month on annual billing, half of Zoho CRM Standard. It suits a team that mainly needs a sales pipeline, but Express caps you at three pipelines and 10 custom fields per module, and its pricing page lists no lead scoring.
Does Zoho charge for implementation in India?
Yes. Zoho's Jumpstart CRM package, delivered by certified partners, was listed at ₹40,000 for 20 hours of setup when we checked on 11 October 2026. Integrations, SMS and WhatsApp channels, and work beyond the 20 hours are billed separately, so get the scope in writing.
At what team size is a flat-price CRM cheaper than Zoho CRM?
Against Zoho Standard on annual billing, LiftUp Growth at ₹6,665.83 a month costs less from 9 users. Between 6 and 8 users, Standard is cheaper. Bigin Express stays below Growth up to 16 users, so it remains the budget pick if a pipeline is all you need.
