CRM & Revenue Ops

Every lead, every site, one inbox.

Connect your own forms to the LiftUp lead API and every contact, hire, and career enquiry flows into one inbox. LiftUp scores each lead, starts an SLA timer, tracks deal value, and closes the loop with Gmail built in.

The short answer

What is LiftUp CRM?

LiftUp CRM is the revenue module of the LiftUp operations console. It collects leads from all your sites through a lead API into one inbox, scores each lead 0–100 with transparent rules, enforces SLA response timers, and tracks deals on a Kanban pipeline — with Gmail sync and HMAC-signed webhooks built in.

Unified inbox

One inbox for every lead on every site.

Contact, hire, and career leads — posted from your own forms via the API — land in a single place, filterable by product, type, status, and assignee. No more checking four email inboxes across four client sites.

  • Types: Contact · Hire · Career · Other
  • Filter by product, status, assignee, date
  • Inbox, Kanban, and Needs-attention views
  • Real-time arrivals via Laravel Reverb

Lead scoring 0–100

Know why a lead scored 85 — not just that it did.

LiftUp scores every incoming lead with transparent rules, not a black box. Score bands drive SLA timers automatically, so your team always knows what to chase first.

  • Signals: source page, channel, lead type, message, company
  • reCAPTCHA score factored in to filter bots
  • ≥70 Hot → 4h · 40–69 Warm → 12h · <40 → 24h

Pipeline & deals

Drag deals through a pipeline that tracks revenue.

Leads are revenue potential, not just contacts. Move them New → Contacted → Qualified → Won/Lost, attach deal value and close dates, and report on win rate and pipeline value.

  • Kanban with drag-and-drop stages (+ Spam)
  • Deal value, currency, expected close, project type
  • Win/lost reasons for clean reporting
  • Funnel, win-rate & avg-deal-size reports + CSV export

Gmail + webhooks

Reply from the lead, fire events to everything else.

See the full email thread with a lead on the detail page and reply via the Gmail API — no context switching. When leads change, fire HMAC-signed webhooks to Zapier, n8n, or your own stack.

  • Gmail thread sync on the lead detail (Google OAuth)
  • Events: lead.created · lead.status_changed
  • HMAC-SHA256 signature + automatic retries
  • Auto-disable after repeated failures · delivery log
Gmail connected · replies sync to the lead

The lead lifecycle

From first capture to won deal.

Every lead follows the same fast, accountable path — automatically.

  1. 1

    Captured

Your form posts the submission to the LiftUp lead API. It arrives with its source page, channel, and reCAPTCHA score attached.

  2. 2

    Scored & routed

Rules assign a 0–100 score and an SLA band. Hot leads surface at the top with a 4-hour timer.

  3. 3

    Worked

Your team replies via Gmail, leaves notes, and drags the deal through the pipeline with a value attached.

  4. 4

    Closed & reported

Won or lost with a reason. Funnel, win-rate, and revenue reports update — and webhooks notify your stack.

FAQ

You keep your own forms and post submissions to the LiftUp lead API, authenticated with the product’s API key. It’s framework-agnostic — any site or backend can send leads. A reCAPTCHA v3 score and a honeypot field can be passed through to filter bots automatically.

No. Scoring is rules-based and transparent: source page, traffic channel, lead type, message signals, company field, and the reCAPTCHA score each contribute. You can always see why a lead scored what it did.

Each score band sets a response deadline — Hot (≥70) 4h, Warm (40–69) 12h, Standard (<40) 24h. Breaches and stale follow-ups surface in a Needs-attention queue so nothing slips.

Yes. Every product (site) has its own inbox, API key, custom fields, and webhooks. An agency running 10 client sites manages 10 scoped inboxes from one workspace.

Payloads are signed with HMAC-SHA256 (X-Console-Signature). Failed deliveries retry with backoff, endpoints auto-disable after repeated failures, and every attempt is logged with status and latency.

A basic CRM inbox and pipeline are available from Free. Scoring, SLA timers, custom fields, Gmail, sequences, and webhooks scale up through Starter and Growth. See the pricing page for the full matrix.
