CRM Pricing UAE: Per-User vs Flat Rate in AED

One top-ranking UAE price guide puts Zoho CRM Professional at about AED 90 a user, and another says AED 75. Zoho’s own pricing page, viewed as a UAE visitor and checked 11 October 2026, says AED 84 on yearly billing and AED 128 if you pay month to month. For a team of 20 sellers, the billing term alone moves the bill by AED 880 a month. That’s the trouble with CRM pricing in the UAE: the figure in a guide is often not the one on your invoice.

For that reason, this guide uses only vendor pricing pages, each checked on 11 October 2026. Dollar prices are converted at the fixed rate of AED 3.6725, and every plan is costed for 5, 10 and 20 users, so you can see where paying per user is cheaper and where a flat plan wins.

We build LiftUp, a CRM priced per organisation that bills UAE customers in US dollars, so we’ve run these dirham sums on our own plans too. We also say where those plans lose.

CRM pricing in the UAE: AED or US dollars?

Start with the currency. Of the seven vendors we checked, only Zoho shows dirham prices. The rest show dollars, so a UAE guide that quotes “AED 55 a user” for a dollar-priced tool has already converted it for you, usually without saying when or at what rate.

The dirham is pegged at 3.6725

Luckily, the conversion is plain arithmetic. The dirham has been pegged to the US dollar at AED 3.6725 since November 1997, as the IMF’s 2025 Article IV report on the UAE confirms. A dollar price times 3.6725 is therefore the dirham price for as long as the peg holds. For example, a $49 plan works out to AED 179.95 a month, and a $90 seat to AED 330.53.

Zoho’s dirham list follows the same arithmetic, give or take a dirham or two. For instance, its Standard plan costs $14 a user on yearly billing, which is AED 51.42 at the peg, and Zoho shows UAE visitors AED 51. When a reseller’s figure sits well above the peg conversion, ask what fills the gap: setup, support or margin.

Which vendors show prices in dirhams

Here’s what each pricing page offered when we checked:

  • Zoho CRM: AED prices for UAE visitors, with a switch to US dollars.
  • HubSpot: a currency picker with INR, GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, SGD, CAD, JPY and COP, but no AED.
  • Salesforce: USD, AUD, GBP, EUR, JPY and SEK, but again no AED.
  • Bitrix24: its UAE site, in Arabic, lists every plan in US dollars.
  • Freshsales and monday CRM: US dollars on the pages we read.
  • LiftUp: US dollars for every billing country except India, which pays in rupees instead.

Still, even a page in dirhams doesn’t tell you the invoice currency. Before you sign, ask the vendor in writing which currency you’ll be charged in. If the answer is dollars, your card issuer sets any fee on the payment, so ask your bank as well.

Per-user CRM pricing in the UAE, checked 11 October 2026

Below are the published prices, per user per month, before tax. For Zoho, the AED column is Zoho’s own figure, while for everyone else it’s our conversion at 3.6725.

PlanBilled yearly (USD)Billed monthly (USD)AED a user, yearly billing
Zoho CRM Standard$14$20AED 51 (AED 73 monthly)
Zoho CRM Professional$23$35AED 84 (AED 128 monthly)
Zoho CRM Enterprise$40$50AED 146 (AED 183 monthly)
HubSpot Sales Hub StarterSee note$20AED 73.45 (at $20)
HubSpot Sales Hub Professional$90$100AED 330.53
Freshsales Growth$9Not checkedAED 33.05
Freshsales Pro$39Not checkedAED 143.23
monday CRM Standard$17$25AED 62.43
Salesforce Starter Suite$25$25AED 91.81
Salesforce Pro Suite$100Yearly onlyAED 367.25

Three notes on that table. First, HubSpot’s Sales Hub page shows two prices on its Starter card, “$7/mo/seat” and “$20/mo/seat”, and we couldn’t read the conditions for the lower one, so our sums use $20. Second, monday CRM’s prices were read with 10 seats selected, so check the figure for your own seat count. Third, none of these prices includes VAT, which Zoho’s page says it adds on top.

Because of the peg, this side of CRM pricing in the UAE moves only when a vendor changes its price, never with the exchange rate. If you’re budgeting for several dollar subscriptions, our guide to GCC currency pegs and SaaS budgets covers the planning side.

Flat-rate CRM pricing for UAE teams

A flat plan charges per organisation and caps the number of users. Adding a fourth or fifth salesperson costs nothing until you hit the cap. Bitrix24 and LiftUp both price this way, but they aren’t the only CRMs that do. For the general maths, see our breakdown of per-seat vs flat-rate CRM pricing.

PlanUsers includedYearly billing, a month (USD)Monthly billing (USD)AED a month, yearly billing
Bitrix24 Basic5$49$69AED 179.95
Bitrix24 Standard50$99$144AED 363.58
Bitrix24 Professional100$199$289AED 730.83
LiftUp Starter5$40.83 ($490 a year)$49AED 149.96
LiftUp Growth20$124.17 ($1,490 a year)$149AED 456.00

Bitrix24’s figures come from its UAE pricing page. LiftUp’s yearly price is 10 times the monthly one, so a year costs the same as 10 months. Starter covers 5 users and 3 products, while Growth covers 20 users and 10 products. Both also give every lead a 0 to 100 score and a reply deadline of 4, 12 or 24 hours by score band, and both are on our pricing page, along with a 14-day Growth trial that needs no card.

Bitrix24, however, includes far more users for the money. That matters if you run a large team that mostly needs a shared pipeline, so keep it on your list.

5, 10 and 20 users: the monthly bill in AED

The UAE guides we read cost one vendor at a time, if they price team sizes at all, so here are eight plans side by side. Each figure is the monthly cost for the whole team on yearly billing, before VAT, rounded to the nearest dirham. As before, HubSpot Starter uses its $20 seat price.

Plan5 users10 users20 users
Zoho CRM StandardAED 255AED 510AED 1,020
Zoho CRM ProfessionalAED 420AED 840AED 1,680
HubSpot Sales Hub StarterAED 367AED 735AED 1,469
HubSpot Sales Hub ProfessionalAED 1,653AED 3,305AED 6,611
Freshsales GrowthAED 165AED 331AED 661
Freshsales ProAED 716AED 1,432AED 2,865
Bitrix24 (Basic, then Standard)AED 180AED 364AED 364
LiftUp (Starter, then Growth)AED 150AED 456AED 456

Read across with two caveats. The plans don’t do the same jobs: a Professional tier includes things a cheaper row lacks, so compare the tier that has what you need rather than the lowest number. Also, these are list prices from public pages, not quotes.

Bar chart of the monthly bill for 10 users in dirhams on yearly billing: Freshsales Growth AED 331, Bitrix24 Standard AED 364, LiftUp Growth AED 456, Zoho Standard AED 510, HubSpot Starter AED 735 and Zoho Professional AED 840
Checked 11 October 2026, before 5% VAT. HubSpot Starter at the $20 seat.

Where per-user pricing is cheaper

Per-user plans win for small teams, and we’d rather tell you than have you find out after signing:

  • 1 to 3 users: Zoho CRM is free forever for 3 users, which is AED 0. HubSpot’s free plan also covers 2 users, as do the free plans from Bitrix24 and LiftUp.
  • 5 users, if HubSpot’s $7 seat applies to you: that’s AED 128.54 a month, below LiftUp Starter.
  • 6 to 10 users: LiftUp’s weakest band, because a sixth user moves you from Starter to Growth. Against Growth, Freshsales Growth stays cheaper up to 13 users, Zoho Standard up to 8, and HubSpot Starter at $20 up to 6. If the $7 seat applies, 10 HubSpot seats come to about AED 257.
  • Any size, if you only need a pipeline: Bitrix24 Standard covers 50 users for AED 364 a month on yearly billing, which is less than LiftUp Growth.

Where a flat plan wins

Flat pricing pulls ahead once a team passes the break-even point, and fastest against mid-tier plans. At 20 users, Zoho Professional costs AED 1,680 a month and Freshsales Pro AED 2,865, against AED 456 for LiftUp Growth. Similarly, HubSpot Professional at the same size is AED 6,611. If HubSpot is on your shortlist, our post on HubSpot credits explains what a seat there includes, and our LiftUp vs HubSpot comparison goes feature by feature.

Bar chart of CRM pricing at 20 users in dirhams on yearly billing: Bitrix24 Standard AED 364, LiftUp Growth AED 456, Freshsales Growth AED 661, Zoho Standard AED 1,020, HubSpot Starter AED 1,469, Zoho Professional AED 1,680 and Freshsales Pro AED 2,865
Checked 11 October 2026, before 5% VAT. HubSpot Starter at the $20 seat; HubSpot Professional (AED 6,611) is left off to keep the scale readable.

A growing team is the other case. On a per-user plan, each new hire adds to the bill, whereas on LiftUp Growth users 6 to 20 cost nothing extra. That makes next year’s headcount far easier to budget.

VAT and other extras on a UAE CRM bill

The UAE levies 5% VAT on goods and services, according to the UAE government portal. But none of the prices above includes it. Zoho’s page says local taxes are charged in addition to its prices. Likewise, monday CRM says its prices exclude tax and depend on your billing country. Bitrix24’s FAQ also says purchases may be subject to VAT and asks registered buyers for their number at checkout.

If 5% applies, a AED 1,680 Zoho Professional month becomes AED 1,764, and a AED 456 LiftUp Growth month becomes AED 478.80. How VAT works on a subscription billed from outside the UAE depends on your own registration, so check it with your accountant. This is general information, not tax advice.

Some costs never appear on a pricing page at all: a partner’s setup fee, data migration, training and paid add-ons. Ask for each one as a separate line before you compare.

How to compare two CRM quotes in the UAE

Most confusion over CRM pricing in the UAE goes away once two quotes sit on the same basis. Five checks get you there:

  1. Currency: note the invoice currency, not the display currency. If it’s dollars, multiply by 3.6725.
  2. Billing term: put both quotes on yearly or both on monthly. On Zoho, paying monthly costs 25% to 52% more per user, depending on the plan.
  3. Tier: pick the cheapest plan on each side that has the features you’d actually use, such as lead scoring or automation.
  4. Headcount: price the team you’ll have in 12 months, not today, and check where the next user cap falls.
  5. Tax and extras: add 5% VAT where it applies, plus every setup, migration and add-on line.

Price isn’t the only thing that moves revenue, though. If replies to new enquiries are slow, our guide to setting a lead response SLA by score shows how deadlines per lead work in practice.

Who LiftUp isn’t for

LiftUp isn’t a fit if you need billing in dirhams, an Arabic interface, or WhatsApp and phone selling, because it has none of those. It’s also the wrong buy for a team of 6 to 10 that only needs a basic pipeline: Freshsales Growth and Bitrix24 cost less there, and so does Zoho Standard up to 8 users. And if you want a local partner to set up and run your CRM in Dubai, a Zoho or Salesforce partner is the closer match.

Next step

Take your team size today and in a year, find both rows in the 5, 10 and 20 user table, and add VAT. If your numbers land where flat pricing wins, and you want every lead scored with a reply deadline attached, book a 30-minute LiftUp demo and we’ll run the same sums on your setup.

Frequently asked questions

What does a CRM cost a UAE business each month?

On the plans in this guide, checked 11 October 2026, per-user prices ran from AED 33 a user a month (Freshsales Growth, billed yearly) to AED 367.25 (Salesforce Pro Suite). Flat plans such as Bitrix24 and LiftUp cost AED 150 to AED 456 a month on yearly billing for teams of up to 20. Add 5% VAT where it applies.

Which CRMs show prices in AED?

Zoho CRM shows AED prices to UAE visitors, for example AED 51 a user on Standard with yearly billing. HubSpot and Salesforce offer currency pickers without AED, and Bitrix24's UAE site lists US dollars. Ask any vendor in writing which currency your invoice will use.

How do I convert a US dollar CRM price to dirhams?

Multiply it by 3.6725. The dirham has been fixed to the dollar at that rate since November 1997, so a $49 plan is AED 179.95 and a $90 seat is AED 330.53. Your bank may still add its own fee on a card payment in dollars.

Is VAT charged on CRM subscriptions in the UAE?

The UAE's VAT rate is 5%, and none of the list prices in this guide includes it. Zoho, monday CRM and Bitrix24 all say tax is added or may apply. How it's handled on a subscription billed from abroad depends on your registration, so ask your accountant.

Is there a free CRM for a small UAE business?

Yes. Zoho CRM is free forever for up to 3 users, and HubSpot, Bitrix24 and LiftUp each have a free plan for up to 2 users. Free plans limit features, so check which ones you'd outgrow first.

Is per-user or flat pricing cheaper for a 10-person team?

It depends on the tier. At 10 users on yearly billing, Freshsales Growth is about AED 331 a month and Bitrix24 Standard AED 364, both below LiftUp Growth at AED 456. Mid-tier per-user plans cost more: Zoho Professional is AED 840 and HubSpot Sales Hub Starter at $20 a seat about AED 735.

Does LiftUp bill in dirhams?

No. LiftUp bills in US dollars for every country except India. Starter is $49 a month (AED 179.95) for 5 users and Growth is $149 (AED 547.20) for 20 users, with a year costing the same as 10 months.
