QalbIT Infotech runs an agency. Like most agencies, we found ourselves juggling a CRM for leads, a separate CMS for our blog, a third tool for AI writing, and a fourth for analytics — multiplied by every site we shipped. Four logins, four bills, four tabs open at all times.
We tried the obvious answer: glue it together with HubSpot. But the bill ballooned past $800/month before we’d even added a CMS. The cheaper CRMs left out content entirely. The all-in-ones treated multiple products as multiple accounts. So we built the tool we wanted.
LiftUp is what came out of it — an operations console with a real CRM, a real content engine, AI editorial, and GA4-grade analytics, all scoped per product so an agency or founder can run ten sites from one workspace at flat per-org pricing.
