The short answer
How do I compare CRM software?
List the features you can’t do without, then price each CRM on the cheapest plan that has all of them, for the number of people who will log in. Per-seat CRMs multiply the seat price by your team; flat CRMs charge one price for the account. Add required onboarding fees, check seat caps and minimums, and read each fact on the vendor’s own page.
How it works
How the index is built.
01
Prices from vendor pages, dated
Each price is read on the vendor’s own pricing page and shown with the date it was read. Yearly billing uses the per-month price the vendor shows for yearly plans.

02
Feature facts carry a source
Each cell links to the page that says so, with the cheapest plan that has it: HubSpot lists lead scoring from Professional. A feature counts only when the plan price includes it. A limit such as Gmail only still counts, and the cell shows it. A paid add-on, a separate product, a manual workaround or Google sign-in in place of SAML or OIDC SSO counts as a no, and the cell says why.

03
Not published is not a yes
When a vendor’s pages don’t say whether a plan has a feature, the cell says Not published and the CRM doesn’t match that feature. Ask the vendor before you rely on it.
04
The cheapest plan that fits
For each CRM the index prices the plan that fits your team and includes the most of your required features, then the lowest first-year cost. A plan sold only on a quote is used only when no priced plan fits, so a feature that starts there shows as From, with (quote). You can pick a different plan on any row.

05
Seat rules count as sold
Seat caps take a plan out, seat minimums are billed in full, and monday CRM bills at least 3 seats, then bundles of 5, and quotes above 40. Flat plans add the vendor’s extra-user price above the users they include. Required onboarding fees count in year one.

06
Re-checked every three months
Every vendor’s pricing and plan pages are read again at least every three months. LiftUp’s own row comes from its pricing page and is sorted like every other row.

Worked example
10 people who need an API, web forms and lead scoring.
- CRMs that match
- 12 of 23
- Agile CRM Free
- $0
- GoHighLevel Starter (flat)
- $970
- EngageBay Basic
- $1,434
- LiftUp Growth (flat)
- $1,490
- HubSpot Sales Hub Professional
- $12,300
Three CRMs cost less than LiftUp here: Agile CRM’s free plan covers 10 users (with a 1,000-contact cap), and GoHighLevel and EngageBay come in under $1,490. HubSpot Starter would be $840, but lead scoring starts on Professional, so the index prices Professional with its $1,500 onboarding fee. Close and Insightly don’t match: Close scores leads by hand, and Insightly sells scoring as a separate product.
Good to know
What the index leaves out.
- Limits inside a plan. Two plans can both have workflow automation with very different caps on rules, runs or contacts.
- Add-ons, extra contacts, storage and paid integrations, which most vendors price separately.
- Regional prices outside the US, negotiated discounts and non-profit pricing.
- Tax, which depends on where you buy.
- Features beyond the 13 listed. Use the vendor links to check the rest before you decide.

Why isn’t LiftUp at the top?
Because the rows sort on cost, features met or name, and LiftUp is sorted like every other CRM. It is highlighted so you can find it, not moved up. When another CRM costs less for your inputs, the summary above the table says so.
What does Not published mean?
The vendor’s pricing, plan comparison and help pages don’t say whether that plan has the feature. The index never guesses, so the CRM doesn’t match that feature. The vendor may still have it: ask them.
Why does a feature say From and a plan name?
The vendor has the feature, but not on the plan priced for your team. Tick the feature as required and the index moves that CRM to the cheapest priced plan that includes it, or pick the plan yourself on the row. When it says (quote), that plan has no published price, so the index only prices it if you pick it.
How often is the index updated?
Prices were read on 2026-10-18 and feature facts on 2026-10-18. Every vendor is re-checked at least every three months. If you spot a change before we do, tell us and we update the page.
Can I use the data in my own comparison?
Yes. The CSV is free with no signup and carries the source link for every feature cell. The Excel report adds every vendor with all 13 features, a sheet of sources with checked dates, and the method.
See if flat pricing fits your team.
LiftUp charges one price for the organization, never per seat. Start with 2 users free and move up when you need to.
