Changelog

What’s new in LiftUp.

Dated release notes for the LiftUp platform at app.liftup.sh. We build in public — liftup.sh itself runs on LiftUp — so what ships here is what we use ourselves.

Live GA4 analytics & platform reliability

  • Insights upgraded to enterprise-grade analytics with live GA4 data across dashboards.
  • Organization backups hardened — failures now trigger automatic alerts.
  • Responsive fixes across the app.

Embeddable form builder & WordPress sync

  • New embed form builder: design a lead-capture form once and embed it on any site — leads flow straight into your product’s inbox.
  • WordPress sync joins a reworked integrations hub.
  • New Phone and Time form field types, with international phone input.

Global search, org-scoped storage & access hardening

  • Global search across leads, posts, and settings, powered by Elasticsearch; Redis caching rolled out platform-wide.
  • All uploads migrated to organization-scoped S3 storage.
  • Leads submitted with an API key skip reCAPTCHA; public embed forms stay protected.
  • Role-based access tightened: staff directory limited to managers, health-check alerts scoped to Super users.

Plan enforcement, 2FA trusted devices & Content AI upgrades

  • Plan limits enforced across the app: Free tier blog capped at 10 posts, Gmail and email sequences available on Growth and above.
  • 2FA trusted devices — skip the code on devices you’ve already approved.
  • Claude joins OpenAI as a Content AI writing provider; two-way Google Calendar sync for the editorial calendar.
  • Lead API responses now include the lead score and SLA deadline.
  • Editable author profiles with bios in the blog API; resume downloads restricted to HR roles.
  • Billing invoices and platform configuration panel for Super Users.

Enterprise controls: white-label, audit retention & exports

  • White-label branding, audit-log retention policies, DPA support, add-on purchases, and full organization exports.
  • Cross-tenant System panel for platform support engineers.
  • Organization-wide authentication enforcement and trial notifications.

LiftUp platform foundation

  • First release: role-based workspaces, user profiles, organization-level 2FA policy, and the HR module.
